Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets - all sales are final. NO EXCEPTIONS.

General Policies
No photography or videography of any kind is allowed during the performances and is a copyright infringement. Failure to abide by this rule will result in expulsion from the theater and future HDA events.

There will be one intermission during the performance. Please remain in your seat for the duration of the performance. If you leave before intermission, you will not be readmitted to your seat.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Hinsdale Dance Academy presents The Nutcracker). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
